Tinday gosht

Ingredients:

  • Tinday  1 kilo
  • Piyaz 2 pcs
  • Meat 1/2 kilo
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic ginger 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • yoghurt 1 cup
  • red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp.
  • Green chilies 6-8 pcs

Aloo mattar paneer

Ingredients:

  • Oil 3 tbsp.
  • tomatoes 3 pcs
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp.
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp
  • green chilies 4 pcs
  • Fresh coriander 3 tbsp.

For cottage cheese:

  • Fresh milk 2 litres
  • Citric acid 1/4 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
