Shab-e-Daig

Ingredients

  • Turnip 1 kg large Piece fry
  • Carrot 2 fry
  • Oil 2 tbsp 
  • Turmeric 1tsp 
  • Yogurt 1tbsp 
  • Online 1 large slice 
  • White cumin 1tsp powder 
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp 
  • Garam masala
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp 
  • Mutton half kg 
  • Coriander powder 1tsp 

  • For kofta 

  • Half kg mutton keema 
  • Fry onion 1 
  • Salt 1tsp 
  • Garam masala 1tsp 
  • Green chilli 5 
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp 
  • Pope seeds roasted 2tbsp 
  • Besan 1tbsp 
  • Fresh coriander powder 2tbsp 
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp 

Method 

In a pan heat oil add onion & slightly cook then add ginger garlic paste then add mutton & cooked till mutton water will b tender then add all spices turmeric, salt , yogurt , coriander powder , red chilli powder , & garam masala slightly cook then add water when mutton 3/4 done then add shaljam & carrot then cooked then add kofta cook it till shaljam &carrot are soften then spread fresh coriander & green chilli. 
Making kofta in a bowl add keema & all kofta ingredients & mashed it then make it large kofta.

Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

  • Powder milk 1cup 
  • Egg 1 
  • Ghee 2tbsp 
  • Suji 1tbsp 
  • All purpose flour 1tbsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp 

  • Sugar syrup

  • Sugar 1cup 
  • Water 2 cup 
  • Cardimum powder 1tsp

Method 

In a bowl add flour , milk , egg , suji& ghee then mix it very well & make dough then shape it small ball then fry it & put in sugar syrup .
Making sugar syrup in a bowl add water sugar & cardimum powder cook till sugar resolve it .

Veggie Lover Pizza

Ingredients

  • East 1/2 tbsp 
  • Chatter cheez 1cup 
  • Morzilla chez 1cup 
  • Pamizan chez 1cup 
  • Capsicum 1julian cutting 
  • Onion 1 Julian cutting 
  • Corn half cup 
  • Mashroom 1cup 
  • Tomato slice cutting 1 
  • Caster sugar 3 tsp 
  • Salt 
  • Pizza sauce 1cup 
  • Origano 1tbsp 
  • Olive green , black 

Method

  • Place flour egg , yeast , caster sugar, oil & mix It & add little water for binding & make a dough .keep dough for two hours till dough rises.. Place flatten dough on plate . cover it with pizza sauce and all vegetables .spread lots of mozrella,chadder and pamezan cheese and sprinkle oregano .Bake it in over for 20 min at 180 °
