Ingredients for Jalebi Dahi Ky Saath:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1 kg
  • Syrup 2 kg
  • Yogurt as required
  • Food color as required
  • Baking powder 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix maida and yogurt and keep for a while.
  2. Now add baking powder in maida.
  3. Together put water, make mixture and keep for 15 minutes.
  4. Now mix food color and put in jalebi bag.
  5. Fry in got ghee until light brown.
  6. Now take it out and dip in syrup.
  7. When syrup dissolves, then serve hot.
