Ingredients:

  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Whole coriander 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 6
  • Roasted chickpea 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder 1/2 cup
  • Peanut 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Rice 250 gm

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste and crushed green chili in meat and boil until tender.
  2. Heat oil in pan, put whole mix spice, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and salt and roast it.
  3. Roast whole coriander, roasted chickpea, coconut, peanut and cumin and grind it.
  4. Now put roasted & grinded masala in onion mixture. Together put boiled meat and put blended tomato.
  5. In end, add curry leaves, cover it and cook for a while.
  6. When ready, add green coriander and green chili and serve with boiled rice.
