Malai Chicken Boti by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 500 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Salad leaves 5-6
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Sliced onion 3-4
  • Lemon juice 4-5

Method:

  1. First cut chicken boneless into small square cubes..
  2. Put ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cream, green chili paste, cumin powder, black pepper, all spice powder and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put on skewers, roast on coal on low flame or bake it and give smoke of coal.
  4. In end, garnish with tomato, lemon, salad leaves and sliced onion and serve delicious malai chicken boti.
