Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Bread 4 slices
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Boiled & peeled almonds, pistachios for garnish
  • Cardamom for garnish
  • Rabri as required

Method:

  1. Cook milk and thick it.
  2. Mix sugar and saffron and chill milk.
  3. Now cut bread slices into 2 inch thick.
  4. Then do bread slice in half, first in length and then in width and it will be total 16 pieces.
  5. Now heat oil in karahi pan, fry until brown, decorate in plate and put rabri.
  6. Then soak each pieces in rabri nicely so that rabri sticks.
  7. Then decorate sliced with boiled & peeled almonds and pistachios and cardamom and serve.
