Ingredients:

  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds few
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves few
  • Green chilies 6
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Beaten yogurt 1 cup
  • Mustard oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash lady fingers, dry it and mark cut.
  2. Heat oil in karahi pan and put fenugreek seeds.
  3. Then add lady gingers and fry it.
  4. When color changes, add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, mustard powder, turmeric, red chili flakes and curry leaves and roast it.
  5. Then put tamarind paste, green chilies and beaten yogurt.
  6. When serve, add salt and serve hot.
