Chicken Shorba by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Wheat 1/2 kg
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3 blended

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Brown onion 1/4 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak wheat overnight.
  2. Now put 12 glass water in sauce pan and boil wheat.
  3. Also put ginger.
  4. Then cook until it becomes ready.
  5. Now cool it and blend it.
  6. Cook boneless chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilies and 4 cup water until chicken tender.
  7. Now chop chicken finely and add blended wheat in it.
  8. Blend tomato and add its mixture.
  9. Now mix it and cook it until it boils.
  10. Heat oil, put shorba, brown onion, all spice, ginger, green chilies and salt, mix it and serve hot.
