Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Lemons 4
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Charga masala 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Mark deep cut on chicken and wash it nicely.
  2. Now mix white vinegar and some yellow food color and paste on chicken nicely.
  3. Then mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili flakes and charga masala and spread on chicken with help of lemon and keep for 15 minutes.
  4. Then steam masala chicken in big pot until water dries.
  5. Now heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry chicken and take out when golden brown.
  6. Then put black pepper and lemon juice and serve hot. Together keep tamarind chutney and fried potato.
