Ingredients:

  • Egg 1
  • Onions 2
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil, make kabab and freeze it.
  2. When to cook, take out 1/2 hour before and shallow fry it.
