Mango Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes 3-4
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 1 can

To Garnish:

  • Mango 1
  • Cream whipped 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. In blender, put mango chunks, condensed milk and cream and blend till smooth and freeze in air-tight tin.
  2. Remove once half set, beat up and freeze again.
  3. Repeat this method of letting ice cream set and then beating again 3 times.
  4. Freeze overnight and then serve scoops of mango ice cream with more chopped mangoes and cream piped if desired.
