Ingredients:

  • Fried bitter gourd 1 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek 2 tsp
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until red.
  2. Now put tomatoes, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, dry fenugreek, turmeric powder and tamarind pulp and roast it.
  3. Then put fried bitter gourd and cook more.
  4. Then keep on simmer and put crushed green chilies and green onion.
