Ingredients:

  • Chopped mince 250 gm
  • Green chilies 10
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Thick tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Achar masala 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Dissect green chilies.
  2. Now mix chopped mince, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala, salt, crushed red chilies and jaggery and fill in chilies.
  3. Then heat oil, fry chilies and fill in bottle.
  4. In end, put remaining oil and use as needed.
