Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 250 gm
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted & grinded cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Suree chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put cumin seeds.
  2. Also add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Now put tomatoes slice and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Then put ginger garlic, turmeric, cumin, salt and chili powder.
  5. Now and cauliflower, peas and capsicum cubes and mash it nicely.
  6. Then put yogurt and chili garlic sauce, cover it and cook until it is ready.
  7. In end, put green chilies and green coriander.
