Fish in garlic sauce

Ingredients:

  • fish 1 pcs
  • soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • vinegar 3tbsp
  • flour 1/2 cup

For garlic sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • garlic 1 tbsp
  • ginger 1 tsp
  • onion slice 2 tbsp
  • ketchup 2 tbsp
  • chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • water 1/2 cup
  • salt for seasoning 
  • green onion 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut the fish in big squares. Then put soya sauce and vinegar on and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Now coat with flour and fry the fish 
  3. In hot oil cook ginger , garlic and onion on low flame
  4. then add in ketchup and chili garlic sauce
  5. When it is cooked add in chili sauce , soy sauce, brown sugar,lemon , water and cook till it thickens.
  6. Spread this sauce on top of the fish and serve with vegetables.

Beef Nashef

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • cherry tomato 4pcs
  • tomato chili paste 1 tbsp
  • parsley 1 tsp 
  • olive oil 4 tsp
  • pine nut 1tbsp
  • ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • onion 1 pcs
  • salt as required 

Method:

  1. Chop onions finely and in olive oil fry them a bit.
  2. Then add in the beef and cook.
  3. When the meat is cooked add in ginger garlic paste and mix. Cook on low flame till the meat is cooked.
  4. In the end add tomatoes, tomato chili paste and cherry tomatoes and stir fry
  5. Serve in a dish
