Fish Broast by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Fish 500 gm
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar as required
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs 2-3

For Broast Masala:

  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Chicken powder 4 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 4 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For broast masala: Strain flour, rice flour and corn flour.
  2. Now put it with all other ingredients in blender and blend finely.
  3. Now put in box and mix it nicely until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Broast masala is ready.
  5. For fish broast: Put vinegar, salt, chili powder and Chinese salt in bowl and mix it.
  6. Then put fish and marinate it.
  7. Now put broast masala in box, cover it and shake it nicely.
  8. Beat eggs.
  9. Put fish in box and shake it nicely so that fish is nicely coated with this mixture.
  10. Then dip eggs in fish, put again in box and shake it.
  11. Repeat this process again.
  12. Now fry fish on both sides until golden on low flame in cover pot.
  13. Remember it during fry, cover should be closed of pot and flame should be medium.
  14. In end, dish out fish broast and serve with sauce.
