Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 kg
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Chopped mint leaves 1  bunch
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed green chilies 4
  • Butter or Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix gram flour, flour, mint leaves, chili powder, salt, green coriander, white cumin and green chilies in plate, add some water and knead hard.
  2. Now keep it for a while so that masala is absorbed.
  3. Then heat tawa.
  4. Then make portions of kneaded flour.
  5. Spread some dry gram flour, roll roti, put on hot tawa and keep flame low.
  6. When roti is toasted on both sides, remove it and spread butter or ghee.
  7. In end, serve hot baisan ki roti with sarsoon ka saag, hari mirch ki chuntey and imli ki meethi chutney.
