Ingredients:

  • Mutton meat 1/2 kg
  • Goat feet 2
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Kunna masala 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted flour 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ginger Julian as required
  • Black cumin seeds for garnish
  • Salt as required

Method:
  1. For kunna: Make stock of goat feet and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in matki and fry onion until light brown.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and mutton and fry it.
  4. Then put kunna masala, red chili powder and turmeric powder and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add stock and cook on low flame.
  6. When meat tender, add salt and mix it.
  7. Now dissolve roasted flour in water and add it.
  8. Thick gravy and dish out it.
  9. Sprinkle black cumin, garnish with ginger and serve.
