Chocolate Pudding by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Caster sugar 1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
• Corn flour 1/4 cup
• Salt a pinch
• Milk 2-3/4 cups
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

1. In saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.
2. Place over medium heat and stir in milk.
3. Bring to boil, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat back of metal spoon.
4. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
5. Let cool briefly and serve warm or chill in refrigerator until serving.
