Ingredients:

  • Small potatoes 1 kg
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Chopped almonds 20
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Lemons 4
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper corn 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Jaggery 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash potatoes nicely, boil it for 5-10 minutes and then peel it.
  2. Now heat oil in wok, deep fry potatoes and take out when golden brown.
  3. Then put oil in box and put tomato puree in wok.
  4. Also put red chili, cumin powder, jaggery and salt, roast it lightly and add potatoes.
  5. Now mix coriander seeds and black pepper and grind it.
  6. Then put green chilies and lemon juice and roast it lightly more.
  7. When ready, mix almonds and cream and  and serve with chapati.
