Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Ready made jelly 1 packet
  • Silver paper as required

Method:

  1. Put milk, khoya, cardamom powder, eggs, yellow color and sugar in blender and blend it nicely.
  2. Now spread bread slices, put blended mixture on it and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C.
  3. Now take it out from oven and cool it.
  4. In end, garnish with almonds, pistachios, jelly and silver paper and serve.
