Ingredients:

  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Almond, Pistachio as required
  • Ghee 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut almonds and pistachio finely and keep it aside.
  2. Then beat eggs, sugar and ghee nicely, pit in wok and cook on low flame for few minutes.
  3. Now add cardamom powder.
  4. When ghee separates, roast halwa on high flame and serve hot.
