Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla yogurt (low fat) 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Oatmeal 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Banana 1
  • Honey (optional) 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips (optional) 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients and make smooth paste.
  2. Then keep in refrigerator and serve cold.
