Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 2 tbsp
  • All spices crushed 1 tsp
  • Korma masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions finely chopped 3
  • Oil 1 cup

For Simmer:

  • Cardamom 5
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped almonds 8

Method:

  1. Mix cardamom, poppy seeds, cumin seeds and almonds and grind finely.
  2. Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown, take it out and spread on tissue so that it becomes crisp.
  3. Put mutton chops, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt and dry chops water.
  4. Then roast it lightly and put red chilies, coriander, all spice and crushed onion.
  5. Then roast it lightly and put 2 glass hot water.
  6. When oil comes up, put grinded masala and simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame.
  7. Chanp korma is ready.
