Fish Stick by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Fish boneless 1 kg
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Corn flour 2 cup
• Egg white 1
• Oil as required

For Sauce:

• Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
• Chili sauce 4 tbsp
• Stock 1/2 cup
• Butter 5 gm

For Serve:

• Vegetables
  

Method:

1. Marinate chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, corn flour and egg white.
2. Now cook it on grill pan or bake in oven.
3. Cook tomato ketchup, chili sauce, stock and butter in second pan.
4. Then keep fish first on sizzling platter.
5. Put sauce on top.
6. Then stir fry vegetables and serve with fish.
