Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 1 medium
  • Canola oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 large
  • Chicken pieces 10 legs
  • Basmati rice 3 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Cloves 10
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Peppercorn 15
  • Green chili 1
  • Parsley chopped for garnish
  • Almond for garnish
  • Yogurt served on side

Method:

  1. Boil rice 14/ with salt.
  2. Now spread some oil in baking dish.
  3. Then put some oil on cauliflower.
  4. Now spread cauliflower pieces in baking dosh and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes till golden.
  5. Turn cauliflower pieces, bake until golden and sprinkle some salt.
  6. Heat some oil in pot and fry onion for a while.
  7. Then add ginger garlic paste.
  8. Then put salt, black salt and cloves and mix it.
  9. Now add 2 tbsp water and so that masala does not burn.
  10. Then put chicken and cook until golden on one side.
  11. Then turn chicken and cook until golden on other side.
  12. Now put tendered chicken in baking dish and make layer of cauliflower.
  13. Then make layer of rice, put chicken stock, close with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  14. If some stock remains and bake until dry.
  15. Then take it out in dish, garnish with yogurt and almonds and serve with yogurt.
