Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chopped green onion 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 2
  • Oil to fry

For Sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut edges of bread slices and mix in chicken mince.
  2. Then grind in chopper.
  3. Now put in boil, add corn flour, chicken powder, vinegar, black pepper and salt.
  4. Then mix green onion and knead it nicely.
  5. Now make small small portions and fry it.
  6. Mix fry chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, jaggery, salt and corn flour in frying pan or wok and make thick sauce.
  7. Then put some sauce in dish, keep balls and put sauce.
  8. Then put spring onion leaves and serve.
