Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Instant yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead

For Topping:

  • Zatar 1/2 cup
  • Sumac 3 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. For dough: Put flour, yeast, oil and sugar in bowl, knead dough nicely with lukewarm water and leave it for rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Then make small balls and keep it aside.
  3. For topping: Put all ingredients in chopper and chop it.
  4. Now spread on small bread, bake on 180 degrees C for 25 minutes and serve hot.
