Chocolate Banana Pudding by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Cream 2 cups
• Chopped chocolate 5 oz
• Icing sugar 2 tbsp
• Chocolate biscuits 1 packet
• Chopped chocolate cookies few
• Bananas 4
• Cream 1 cup
  

Method:

1. Thinly slice 3 bananas lengthwise and half banana in round slices.
2. Crush chocolate biscuits to make crumbs.
3. In small saucepan, bring cream to boil over medium heat.
4. Remove from heat and add chocolate.
5. Let sit 5 minutes.
6. Add icing sugar and whisk to combine.
7. Let cool to room temperature.
8. Layer chocolate biscuit crumbs in dish.
9. Add half chocolate mixture, then top with lengthwise banana slices.
10. Top with more coarsely chopped cookies and remaining chocolate mixture.
11. Cover and refrigerate until pudding is set and top with cream and banana slices and serve.
