Pan Fry Fish & Chilli by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1 kg
  • Chopped garlic 10-15
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies sliced 8-10
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt as required
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
  2. Now add fish and stir fry it.
  3. When color of fish changes, add black pepper, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, salt and Chinese salt and fry it.
  4. Now add lemon juice and green chilies sliced and mix it.
  5. Dish out it and serve.
