Ingredients:

For Soup:

  • Chicken bones 1/2 kg
  • Garlic chopped 5-6
  • Ginger chopped 1 inch
  • Carrot 1
  • Spring onion 3-4

For Noodles:

  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Boiled spinach 200 gm
  • Boiled chicken 200 gm
  • Garlic fried 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 cup
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions chopped for garnish

Method:

  1. For soup: Put all ingredients in pot and boil for 2-3 hours.
  2. Then strain it, separate bones, stock and vegetables and waste it.
  3. Now decorate soup with noodles, spinach and chicken.
  4. Now put garlic, black pepper, red pepper, Chinese salt and salt.
  5. Then prepare sauce with green chilies and vinegar in blender and put in soup.
  6. Then garnish with spring onions and serve.
