Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Cream 3 cups or 2 packet
  • Eggs separated 3
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Gelatin powder 2-3 tbsp

For Crunch:

  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil milk.
  2. When it boils, cool it.
  3. Now add egg yolks and cook on low flame.
  4. Then dissolve flour in milk, add in boiled milk and whisk it.
  5. Also put sugar.
  6. Now dissolve gelatin powder in water.
  7. Then add egg whites.
  8. Then cool milk, add gelatin powder and egg whites and beat with batter.
  9. Now add cream, fold it and set in bowl.
  10. When serve, put almonds crunch.
  11. For crunch: Mix almonds and sugar in pan and cook until crunch.
  12. When it is ready, take out in steel grease plate and cool it.
  13. When cooled, crush it and keep it.

Almond Caramel Crunch is a Yummy Dessert. It has Crunch of Almonds and Creamy Taste.
