Ingredients:

For Tacos:

  • Corn Flour 1 cup
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves 4-5
  • Whole red chilies 8-10
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/3 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Helopeno 4-5
  • Lettuce 4-5
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Cucumber 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For tacos: Mix all ingredients and knead with water as required.
  2. Now put in round mold and make small small chapati.
  3. For filling: Put cumin seeds, white pepper, whole coriander and red chilies in blender and grind it.
  4. Now heat oil and fry garlic.
  5. Then add chicken mince and roast it.
  6. Now add masala and mix it.
  7. Then add stock and cook it.
  8. Now add corn flour and cook until mixture dries and chicken tender.
  9. Now remove it.
  10. Now chop helopeno, lettuce, tomatoes, coriander leaves and cucumber or cut into slices and mix in chicken mixture.
  11. Now fill in tacos and serve.

Tacos is a Traditional Mexican Dish. It is Mexico Best Known Street Food. It is prepared with Chicken and stuffed in Tortillas.
