Ingredients:

  • Mutton mix 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Papaya 2 tsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Yogurt 375 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Coal 1 piece

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton with yogurt, cream, papaya and salt and keep in fridge.
  2. Now heat ghee, put yogurt mutton and cover it so that it tender like malai.
  3. Then heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  4. Then put ginger garlic, cumin, red chili powder, coriander, all spice and black pepper and roast it.
  5. Then add tender meat, simmer it for 10 minutes and then give smoke of coal.
  6. Malai gosht is ready.

Malai Gosht is Delicious Dish. You can try this dish at home on Eid. It can be prepared with Mutton or Beef.
