Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Warm water 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Flour 2-1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Pesto spinach alfredo sauce 2 cups
  • Pepperoni slices 6-7
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded 1-1/2 cup

For Pesto Spinach Alfredo Sauce:

  • Butter 1/8 cup
  • Maida 1/8 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pesto 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 clove
  • Finely chopped spinach 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Add yeast, water, sugar and oil in stand mixer bowl, whisk it and stir it.
  2. Now leave it for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  3. Now add flour, garlic powder, salt and dried oregano and knead it until dough is smooth.
  4. After 5 minutes, add 1/4 cup water if dough dries.
  5. Then cover dough with cloth and keep it for 30 minutes.
  6. Now take out dough, put in pan and bake at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes until puffy without topping.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Spread sauce over crust.
  9. Top with cheese, pepperoni and tomatoes.
  10. Bake more for 8-12 minutes until crust is golden brown.
