Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Egg noodles 1 packet
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put turmeric in noodles and boil it.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup oil and put small small pieces of chicken.
  3. Now put cumin, turmeric, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and worcestershire sauce.
  4. Also add capsicum and close stove.
  5. Then put rice first in dish.
  6. Put noodles, then cream and mayonnaise.
  7. Then put cooked chicken.
  8. Now heat remaining oil and put long chopped garlic.
  9. Also put long chopped green chilies and give bhagar on rice.
  10. Singaporean rice is ready.
