Ingredients:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead
  • Ghee or Oil (for fry) as required

Method:

  1. Knead maida, flour, oil and salt with lukewarm water in bowl and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll like roti and fry on tawa in oil or ghee.
  3. Puri paratha is ready.

Puri Paratha is crispy dish. It is served with BBQ dishes.
