Double Ka Meetha by Soha Javed

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required
  • Silver paper as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Saffron as required

Method:

  1. Fry bread slices until golden brown and keep it aside.
  2. Boil milk with sugar in other pan and add khoya, cardamom powder and saffron.
  3. Then cook on medium flame, thick it, put bread slices in milk mixture and cook until bread slices are soft.
  4. Now take out bread slices on dish, put milk mixture, garnish with almonds, pistachios and silver paper and serve.

Double Ka Meetha is bread pudding dessert. Soha Javed has made it with her own recipe. You make it easily at home.
