Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • Carom 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and fish and make paste.
  2. Now dip fish pieces in this batter for 1 hour.
  3. Then heat oil and deep fry fish until golden brown.

Machli Sikandari is delicious deep fried fish dish. It is coated with batter. It is served with french fries & dip.
