Ingredients:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Melted ghee 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Egg white half

Method:

  1. Mix maida, flour, salt and paste in bowl, make dough and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now make small balls, brush with oil, make puri and deep fry it.
  3. Mix ghee, 1 tbsp maida and egg white and make smooth paste.

Puri is common dish. It is usually served in breakfast with halwa & cholay. It is deep fried in oil.
