Dhaka Fish

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • Mustard paste 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Carom powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed 1 cup
  • Rice flour 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put mustard paste, garlic paste, carom powder, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder and chaat masala on fish, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now put rice flour on fish and coat with sesame seed and egg.
  3. Then heat oil and fry fish.
  4. Dhaka fish is ready.

Dhaka Fish is delicious seafood dish. Fish is marinated, coated with sesame seed & fried. It is Bangladeshi cuisine.
