Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Grated cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Corn flour as required
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies crushed 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put yogurt in muslin cloth, tie and hang it so that it water dries.
  2. Then mix with cheese and all masalay.
  3. Then mix egg white and leave it for a while.
  4. Now heat griller.
  5. Now grease it, make kabab and fry kabab on griller.
  6. When it is cooked from one side, turn it.
  7. When golden brown from both sides, serve it with hot naan or chapati.

Dahi Ky Kabab is tasty kabab. The combination of yogurt & cheese is amazing. It is served with sauce or ketchup or roti.
