Rice Flaked Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Mince chopped 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Bread slices (soaked in milk) 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Dry milk for coat
  • Rice flakes for coat

Method:

  1. Mix eggs, salt, ginger garlic, black pepper, mustard, oyster sauce, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and bread slices in mince.
  2. Now make cutlets and roll in dry milk.
  3. Then dip in egg whites.
  4. Then roll in rice flakes and deep fry it.
  5. Then serve with chutney.

Rice Flaked Cutlets is delicious cutlets. It is prepared with mince & coated with rice flakes. It is served with sauce or chutney.
