Ingredients:

For Soup:

  • Chicken bones 1/2 kg
  • Carrot 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 inch
  • Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Spring onion 3-4

For Seafood Pot:

  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1-2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Boiled noodles 1/2 packet
  • Boiled carrot slices 1
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Fried garlic 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 2-3
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp

Method:

  1. For seafood: Add soya sauce, egg, salt, black pepper and corn flour in mixing bowl and make batter.
  2. Then add fish and prawns and marinate it.
  3. Now heat oil in pan, fry marinated fish and prawns, take it out and keep it aside.
  4. For soup: Add all ingredients in pot.
  5. Then put 2 jug water and leave for 2-3 hours.
  6. Soup is ready.
  7. For garnish: Put green chilies and vinegar in blender and make paste.
  8. Now heat oil in pan and fry garlic cloves.
  9. When garlic is brown, put stock, give bhagar, put carrot and cook for 3-4 hours.
  10. Now add boiled noodles in bowl.
  11. Then put fish and prawns.
  12. Put fry garlic, black pepper, red pepper, green chilies & vinegar mixture, Chinese salt and salt, put in soup, garnish with green onion and serve.

Seafood Pot is wonderful dish. It is prepared with prawns & fish, marinated with corn flour mixture and served in noodles & vegetables.
