Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Sliced onion 3

For Masala Mix:

  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Coriander 3 tsp
  • Red chilies 10
  • Green cardamom 5
  • Turmeric 1 tsp

For Paste:

  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 1 pod
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Curd 3 tbsp
  • Coriander 3 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For mix masala: Roast cumin, coriander, red chilies and cardamom and grind it nicely.
  2. Now add turmeric and keep it aside.
  3. For paste: Blend all ingredients and keep it aside.
  4. Now mix masala mix and paste mixture together.
  5. Now heat oil in pan and fry onion until golden brown.
  6. Now add paste and salt and saute until oil separates.
  7. Then add chicken, mix it nicely and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Now add little water and simmer it until ready.
  9. Then add ghee and all spice and simmer it again.

Bhuna Murgh is tasty dish. It is prepared with little bit different style. You must try this recipe.
