Malaysian Beef Leg Soup

Ingredients:

  • Cow leg 1
  • Star anise 2-3
  • Cinnamon 2-3
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 8-10
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put water, leg pieces, cinnamon, star anise, cloves and onion in pot.
  2. Now add garlic and cook until leg tender.
  3. Now strain it.
  4. Then separate leg stock and waste remaining masalay.
  5. Now garnish with fried onion.
  6. Also add lemon juice and salt and mix it.
  7. Soup is ready.
  8. Then make green chilies & vinegar paste and serve soup with soya sauce and green chilies & vinegar paste.

Malaysian Beef Leg Soup is new variety soup. Beef leg is cooked with spices and garnished with brown onion. It is served with soya sauce and green chilies & vinegar paste.
