Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Parathay as required
  • Egg 1
  • Finely chopped carrot 1
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1
  • Finely chopped green onion 2
  • Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed chili 2 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, papaya, crushed chili, cumin, salt and ginger garlic paste and roast in 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Chicken tender, put carrot, capsicum, green onion and cabbage and fry on high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Now close stove, add black pepper in chicken and give smoke of coal.
  4. Then fill chicken mixture in parathay, spread egg and roll it.
  5. Then bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes and serve.

Barbecue Roll is tasty side dish. Smoked & marinated chicken and vegetables stuffed in parathay. Then it is baked in oven. It is served with sauce or dip and can be served as refreshment or in parties.
