Ingredients:

  • Water 250 ml
  • Unsalted butter 100 gm
  • Maida 150 gm
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Vegetable oil for deep fry
  • Icing sugar 80 gm
  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Milk 250 ml

Method:

  1. Boil water and butter in saucepan on medium flame and stir it.
  2. When butter melts, remove from stove, add maida and salt and stir it with wooden spoon.
  3. Then wrap dough in plastic, keep it aside for 15 minutes, add eggs one by one, beat it nicely and put dough in piping bag.
  4. Now deep fry dough on 180 degrees C until golden brown, take out in plate, dust with icing sugar and serve.

Churros is delicious snack dish. Dough is prepared with maida & butter and deep fried. Topped with chocolate and icing sugar.
