Pan Cake Roll With Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• Maida 1 cup
• Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
• Salt 1 pinch
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Vanilla extract 1 tsp
• Melted butter 2 tbsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Oil as required
• Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts 1/2 cup
• Vanilla ice cream 2 cups
  

Method:

1. Put maida, sugar, baking powder and salt in bog bowl, put milk, egg and oil and mix it.
2. Then grease frying pan, heat on medium flame, put butter, add remaining ingredients, cook it and serve.
