Lemon Custard Tart

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Sugar biscuits 2 cups
  • Coconut and cherry for decoration

Method:

  1. Boil milk, add sugar and custard powder and make custard.
  2. Beat condensed milk and lemon juice.
  3. Crush sugar biscuits and make layer on base of dish.
  4. Now spread half custard and then put half condensed milk mixture.
  5. Now make layer of biscuits, custard and condensed milk again.
  6. Then set in fridge.
  7. Then decorated with coconut and cherry and serve.

Lemon Custard Tart is wonderful dessert. Base is made with crushed sugar biscuits and topped with layers of custard & condensed milk. Decorated with coconut & cherry and served chilled.
